There are many religions, 3 from Abrahamic, most are none aggressive but there are religious differences, extremism and interpretation of religious
On this planet there are many different religions, most are none aggressive with no need to force people to follow what their religious texts state.
As we know there are certain religions that have in the past drawn a hit list of people they condemn to death because of their own personal beliefs or because the religious leaders, Pope or in the case of islam a person who resemble a rabbis. Now this is interesting to say the least due the constant conflict between the Jewish and Muslim side of the same coin when they both come from the same Abrahamic faith.
Mentioning the Pope, there have been many through the ages who have gone to war through the centuries, and there have been those who have decreed that Elizabeth the 1st of England should be killed due to her not retuning to the Catholic Church and remaining a protestant, and not dissolving the Church of England.
What also must be stated here is that Catholics during this time were “hunted” down and many burned alive as heretics, although they continued to practice their faith behind closed doors.
The religion is not the problem it is the individual in a position of power who interprets the religious text to one extreme or the other, to inflame the situation. As stated it is not the religion it is the personal interpretation that is the problem, the American Evangelist, the Muslim “cleric” the Arch Bishop of Canterbury. It is also a matter of politics which the above we have the Evangelist right wing, blood and brimstone.
The Arch Bishop of Canterbury wokeism, cleric, again strict adherence to religious text and interpretation there off. It is also interesting to note that the strict Jewish sect are very similar in attitudes towards women as is the staunch Islamic believer.
It is also interesting to note that before the rise of Islam in Arabia, the people were mostly nomadic and polytheistic, they had many gods in the form of statues and imagery. It is also the fact that Judaism, Christianity and Polytheism (paganism) co-existed in the country.
It is also known that the various tribes that traversed area would take women from each other and kill each other. The kingdoms were fluid over centuries. The coexistence of different faiths could be considered NOT the cause of killing as it is now.
